Increasing the protection class

We are pleased to inform you that after making additional IP rating tests we have decided to increase the classification and notation of IP ratings for the following products and accessories:

1.
a) CMC-99/SRD-99 no front USB version,
b) SWP/SRP/SRL/SWT/SRT/STN/SW-BCD/SZP all panel mounted version,
c) SLE/SLB/SLN/SLIK/SLK/SPI/SPP/STI/SLC/SWI all panel mounted version.

All the above units from now on meet the IP 65 front protection. However, in order to obtain IP 65 for panel cut-out sealing as well, the additional IP 65 sealing frame is recommended to use, unless other panel cut-out sealing is available on installation site.

2. The SWE-73 low cost meter can be produced and delivered with two optional IP 65 seals. One is placed to seal the SWE-73 display and the second one is used for panel cut-out sealing.
 
3. Regarding the STD-99 transparent door with lock to be used with CMC-99 or SRD-99.
The IP rating for this accessory has been increased from IP 42 up to IP 54.
